Event Sponsors

Thank you to all our sponsors who will be involved at this year’s event.

Woking Borough Council

Health and well-being is one of Woking Borough Council’s key priorities and we jumped at the chance to support an event which encourages local women to exercise, have fun and raise sponsorship at the same time.

We have been involved with the event from the outset, helping to formulate plans for the event and suggesting ideas for promotional opportunities. We are hoping that a number of our staff will be participating in the event along with their friends and family.

Woking Borough Council supports Woking Hospice in whichever way it can and it hopes that the event helps to generate the vital funds required for this excellent facility.

Woking Print and Publicity

Woking Print has supported the WSB Midnight Walk since it's inception and is delighted to support it for the third time in 2010! We have been associated with Woking Hospice for many years, & are proud of the wonderful dedication & service they provide our local community.

Woking Print has over 30 years of experience in providing creative print solutions for many different clients. We pride ourselves on our expertise, quality of service & product – find out more by visiting www.wokingprint.com or call us on 01483 884884.

We are sure the WSB Midnight Walk will again be a tremendous success & hope it breaks last years record for the amazing amount of money the event raised for the Hospices.

WaterMills

Watermills is pleased to support the Midnight Walk. The provision of wholesome, potable water is just one ingredient of a successful event, and Watermills supplies water to many events during the year. This year, instead of providing bottles of water for Charity Runs and Walks, we are providing a mobile Drinking Water Station, serving the water in biodegradable cups. These cups can then be disposed of by composting. No landfill mass is created.

Participants can also refill their own bottles or containers, again saving on wastage. Watermills strive to provide greener solutions to any event. Supporting local charity events helps us to promote our environmental ethos.

Based on the goodness of oats our flapjacks are deliciously moist with a distinctive homemade taste.

Our 9Bars are a deliciously nutritious seed bar designed to get the maximum nutritional goodness from seeds in a convenient and tasty way, so its no great surprise to find the main ingredient of a 9Bar is a blend of wholesome seeds. Sunflower seeds form the main base of the bar but the mix also includes pumpkin, poppy, sesame and the legendary hemp. The flax variety has added flax, one of the best plant sources of Omega 3. Seeds are a nutritionally dense food containing a wide range of nutrients including minerals, vitamins, essential amino and fatty acids.

Brooklands Museum

Brooklands Museum is delighted to host the start and finish of this year’s Midnight Walk in aid of the Woking and Sam Beare Hospices.  We hope that the ‘Birthplace of British Motorsport and Aviation’ and ‘Home of Concorde’, will provide an inspirational backdrop for the participants and result in increased awareness within the local community of the Museum, which in common with the Hospices is a charity and does not receive any regular local or government funding.
